Barton's FractureIn Barton's fracture, the fracture line runs obliquely across the radius and into the wrist joint, with the distal fragment displaced anteriorly. It most commonly occurs in young and middle aged adults. Mechanism of Injury / History The patient gives a history of a fall onto the outstretched hand.
