Shortening of subscapularis and anterior capsule (Putti-Platt)
Transfer of corocoid (Bristow)
Proximal humeral osteotomy (Weber)
Glenoid osteotomy (Meyer-Burgdorff)
Reconstruction with fascia lata (Gallie)
Most commonly used soft tissue procedure is modified Bankart repair -
detatched labral repair plus anterior capsullorraphy
