1545 patients from trauma registry: incidence 9.3%. 17% had associated intraabdo/urogenital injuries (30.7% in severe pelvic #). Most common injured: liver (6.1%), bladder/urethra (5.8%), spleen (5.2%). Mortality rate:13.5%
