Comparative Evaluation of Initial Surgical Procedures in Club

Reference

Initial surgery should be a type of soft tissue release addressing all aspects of the deformity as a 1-stage procedure but only after unsuccessful careful conservative Rx. Intraoperative XR essential to prevent over correction.
